Modelling Ash (also known as perviously Little Man)


Modelling Ash was going be important as i wanted to make sure the character is kept as simple as possible.

Modelling the head first, so starting from top and working my way down to the bottom.


I should note that i am modelling the character in half and then every now and then i will mirror the other half on the other side just to see the overall geometry and how its looking.


Next modelling the body and keeping in mind to keep the lines in check.


Next is the foot.


Tweaking the face. Adding an eye as well as forming the lips.


Once the the model has been created halfway, it was time for me to mirror it on the other side and then combine it together.

The model needed to be smooth and its looking good, however i am dissapointed that there is too much geometry on the mesh and that might make it difficult for me when i am rigging the body and face. Especially the face since i might need to deform the face during blendshapes and there is too much geometry.
