over seeing the modelling of environments

During the process of this project, Kirsty and Trish were assigned the jobs of creating the environment. As of now there have been some problems in understanding what our team project leader Leonard wanted specifically. I spoke to Leonard personally myself and he told me he wasn't happy with the way the environments was turning out because it wasn't close to his vision of what he wanted originally. So we both decided that we would speak to kirsty and Trish and try and change a few things so that it was more closer to what leonard had envisioned of the environments. Leonard explained it to Kirsty and Trish and in some instances had to draw out visually what he wanted as it was hard describing. Also examples of research were shown, films and commercials so that Leonard can point out the visual design he wanted. I had to make sure that Kirsty and Trish understood what Leonard wanted and assist them when necessary if they were stuck or had some kind of technical problem.
